Rachel's attention to detail is amazing! She's truly an artist when it comes to lashes. I've had two sessions with her and each time she's asked me how I wanted my lashes to look, took the time to discuss it with me, and then absolutely delivered. My lashes look amazing each time! Her room is also very clean and decorated super cute! Wonderful atmosphere and service, I can't wait for my next set of lashes!

The absolute best! 10 out of 10 in LOVE with my lashes every time. Rachel is a true pro lash queen! So genuine and friendly. She is detail oriented, and meticulous with my lashes and brows. The space is inviting, nicely decorated, and the chairs are so comfortable. ♡
I showed up to my appointment late and obviously an absolute mess from a terrible day and Sarah was spectacular. Aside from giving me a fantastic haircut despite my being so scattered and bad at communicating what I wanted, she was so patient and kind while I was just spiraling. She listened, was so gentle while washing and styling, and even offered me tea or coffee. She totally helped me turn my day around. Aside from Sarah, Artisan is also probably the only place I feel comfortable getting my hair cut during the pandemic. It's always quiet and obviously kept clean and sanitized. I've only ever scheduled appointments late so I was alone, but their stylists are great about wearing masks and keeping themselves clean and sanitizing. Also, the space is so cute and cozy without feeling cramped.
5 Stars! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. I’ve been going to Rachel for over 2 years now, and my lashes always look amazing. Not only do my lashes always look great, but they’re strong and well maintained because of them being done right and with care. I’ll always recommend Whiplash Artisan!
